We are a full orchestra for players over 18 that wish to 'return' to playing after some time away from their instrument, however short or long. Ideally, new players are not expected to be complete beginners or professional/concert standard. Our repertoire is predominantly classical, both traditional and contemporary, and we perform at indoor venues throughout the year.

The orchestra usually rehearses during school term time only, on Mondays at 7.30pm at Truro School - Map and Directions.

We are a very sociable group, and we really do celebrate after each rehearsal! Well, anyway, we go to Wetherspoon's and occasionally the Riverbank as our weekly post-rehearsal watering holes. This is just as much fun as the rehearsals!
